GNYDM is the largest dental meeting in the United States and charges no pre-registration fee, which is unusual at this scale and shows in who turns up. The international contingent is among the biggest of any American meeting.
It sits in the week after Thanksgiving. Business travel is quiet and flights into New York are cheap by the standards of that city.
