What we are, and what we are not
We are a directory. We list dental courses and events run by other people, and we link to their sites. We do not run those courses or events, unless we say so on the listing. We do not sell tickets or take payments for them.
When you book, your agreement is with the organiser, on their terms. Questions about a booking, a refund or a cancellation go to them.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep listings right. See our quality standards. But dates, prices, venues and programmes change, and organisers do not always tell us. Always check the details on the organiser’s page before you book or travel.
Credit hours are shown for information only. Whether a course counts towards your CPD or CE depends on your regulator and your role. Confirm it with them. We are not responsible for a decision to book based on a credit figure shown here.
Your account
Accounts are free. Keep the sign-in account you use secure. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site. You can ask us to close yours at any time by emailing [email protected].
Sending us a course or event
When you send us a listing, you confirm that:
- you are the organiser or provider, or are allowed to act for them
- the details are accurate, including any credit claim
- you have the right to share any text or images you send
You let us publish, edit for length and clarity, and display the listing on this site and in places that link to it, such as search results and social media previews. You keep ownership of your content. We may decline or remove a listing at any time, and we will remove yours if you ask.
Claiming an organisation
You may only claim an organisation you work for or are authorised to act for. We may ask for proof, refuse a claim, or remove access if a claim turns out to be wrong. Changes you make to a listing must be accurate, and we may edit or remove them under our quality standards.
Things you must not do
- Copy or extract the directory in bulk, by hand or by automated means, without our written permission.
- Send false, misleading or spam listings.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law.
Our content
The design, the way the directory is put together and our own writing belong to us. Organisers’ names, logos and pictures belong to them and are shown to identify their listings. You may link to any page and share it.
Links to other sites
We link to many sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or what they sell.
Our liability
The site is free and provided as it is. We are not liable for any loss caused by relying on a listing, by an organiser, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
